Issue/Introduction

A client is looking to replace ASG-TMON for CICS with Sysview.  This client has Sysview 15.2 and has Sysview 16.0 installation in progress.  The Sysview components this client has are;

Sysview Base (z/OS)

Sysview Option for CICS

Sysview Cross-Enterprise APM

Would this client need any additional Sysview options?  This is just for CICS monitor replacement.

Resolution

SYSVIEW CICS is the traditional TMON/CICS replacement.  Customers will require the CICS option of SYSVIEW in addition to the base SYSVIEW product.
