UIM 20.4 - Home page alarm dashboard in OC doesn't comply with ACL alarm filter

Issue/Introduction

In UIM 20.4 Home page dashboard in OC doesn't comply with ACL alarm filter.

If we Create an ACL Alarm Filter for a ACL and assign to an account contact 

 

Then Log in with the Account/contact USER that holds the ACL with the Alarm filter and observe, OPEN ALARM Graph per severity is showing ALL alarms not only the filtered (in this case 51 total alarms devided per severities) 

When clicking on Alarm View the filter is actually active and filtering correctly on the Hostname proposed (total 22 alarms):

This issue will be fixed in the next Patch (February 2022) and it will be delivered in February included with other fixes and improvements.
