BI User ID field is NULL in DWH

Issue/Introduction

BI User ID field values are not populated in the DWH schema

Environment

Release : 16.0.0

Cause

1. Create a resource ABC
2. Populate the BI User ID field for the above resource
3. Run the below DWH jobs
   --> Load DWH Access rights
   --> Refresh ODATA Model
   --> Load DWH (Full)

Expected Result: The BI user id should be populated in DWH_RES_SECURITY_V
Actual Result: The BI User ID field is NULL in DWH_RES_SECURITY_V for the resource ABC record. 

Resolution

This is a defect DE63858 and is fixed in 16.0.2

Additional Information

DWH_RES_SECURITY_V gets its value from DWH_SEC_USER table and this is also null
