Issue/Introduction

We are not receiving alerts generated in spectrum via SOI. Looks like the connector is offline. 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Catalyst Connector for Spectrum IM

Resolution

The Spectrum Connector was offline due to

Connector was stopped when the CA SOI Integration Service was manually stopped

 

We went to the connector server and confirmed that the SOI Integration Service was set to manual and not running.

 

Once we start that service, we saw alerts from Spectrum in the SOI Console.
