Is there some integration of Harvest with SDM (Service Desk Manager)?

Resolution

Out of box,  all supported versions of Harvest do not have integration with CA Service Desk Manager. Depending on what to need to do with the two products, you could explore the REST API on both Harvest and Service Desk REST API to "integrate" the two.
