Half-days display incorrectly on MUX Timesheet Grid and Review & Approve module gauges.

Issue/Introduction

Partial days are incorrectly displayed on MUX gauges

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Edit a resource that uses a calendar of 8 hour a day
2. Go to the calendar tab and select a single day, let say the 20th of January 2022
3. Click on Set Shifts and get the morning or afternoon off. 

4. Go to the Modern UX timesheet module
5. Edit the timesheet of the above resource for that week.
6. Enter data on the timesheet and note the gauges:

Expected Results: Gauges should state 36.00/36.00 or 4.50/4.50 based on the effort measure
Actual results: Some gauges show 36.00/32.00 or 4.50/4.00 (My timesheet grid and Review & Approve modules)

When display units are set into Days instead

Cause

This is caused by DE63845

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.0.1
