Unable to start agent after install

Issue/Introduction
Installation of r12 agent results in error while generating encryption key. Thus, no cryptkey.txt is created. Unable to start agent.
From install log:
Status: FATAL ERROR
Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR - "Post-Install: Creation of encryption key failed"

Release : 12.0
Component : Workload Automation System Agent
Cause
Entropy is likely too low. Entropy must be minimum 3000 or higher.
Resolution
- cat /proc/sys/kernel/random/entropy_avail
- If value of above is below 3000, System Admin will need to increase.
- While you're waiting on SA to verify and fix entropy, you can remove the r12 agent and perform reinstall once entropy has been increased.
