Issue/Introduction

DLP response rule to Quarantine Data-at-Rest action for OneDrive fails.

Environment

Component: CASB Securlet SAAS & Data Loss Prevention Cloud Detections Server for REST 

Cause

The Admin’s OneDrive URL is the root location for the Quarantine Location.
The File Path within the DLP Response Rule is for the sub-folder location under the root location.

Resolution

Verify that the Securlet has the correct OneDrive admin URL and that the response rule does not specify a Sub-directory that does not exist.
