Verify Log4j vulnerability patch is installed

Issue/Introduction
Log4j vulnerability patch does not appear to run completely. When running patch_vapp, it seems to get hung and not give a completed message.
Resolution
The terminal screen may not have reflected the completed status, but to verify the installation and see if the patch was successfully applied it should display in the vAPP console help screen as N/A log4jUpdate.
