VAPP 14.4.1 remote connector server and remote management tools

Issue/Introduction

We have applied vApp 14.4.1 patch.

However, the 'External Tools' page in upgraded vApp 14.4.1 still refers to Remote Connector Server 14.4 and Remote Management Tools 14.4

Where do we download this latest Remote Connector Server 14.4.1 and Remote Tools 14.4.1 ?

Cause

There are no Connector Server 14.4.1 and Remote Tools 14.4.1 installers available for download.

Resolution

There are no Connector Server 14.4.1 and Remote Tools 14.4.1 installers available for download.

In order to install Connector Server 14.4.1 and Remote Tools 14.4.1, please follow these steps:

1. Download Remote Connector Server 14.4 and/or Remote Tools 14.4
2. Install Remote Connector Server 14.4 and/or Remote Tools 14.4 on supported Windows machine(s)
3. Download Cumulative Patch 14.4.1 for standalone Identity Manager (CP-IM-1441.tar.gz):

4. Expand CP-IM-1441.tar.gz archive
   The CP-IM-1441 contains the following archives (together with corresponding installation instructions in html files):
   

   Connector Server: CP-JCS-1441.tar.gz
   Connector Xpress: CP-CONN-XP-1441.tar.gz
   Connector Xpress v2: CP-CONN-XP-2.0-1441.tar.gz
   Bulk Loader: CP-PC-1441.tar.gz
   IM Server Tools: CP-TOOLS-1441.tar.gz
   (IM Server Tools can be found in 'C:\Program Files\Virtual Appliance Tools'  or 'C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\tools' when Remote Management Tools are installed)

   Other archives are of no interest for vApp
   
   
5. Follow the instructions provided with the above archives to patch Remote Connector Server and/or Remote Tools
