I've completed the upgrade of the UHD connector (1.2.1) and now it seems that the SOI-SNOW integration piece is updating old incidents multiple times. Over 500+ emails in the last few hours.

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager
1) Stop SOI Application Service
2) Set property "SOI_HELPDESK_UPDATE" to false in "helpdesk.properties" file
3) Start SOI Application Service
