Default values of variables not selected in Self Service Catalog

Issue/Introduction

All flows in TDM Portal have lost their default values and do not show even if Default option is selected.

All these default are still defined and visible in the generators. Rebuilding in Agile Designer flow does not fix the issue.

Resolution

Issue fixed in TDM Portal version 4.9.401.
