Copy Task from Template was not copying all the tasks

Issue/Introduction

When copying task from a template project, not all tasks were getting copied over. However when checking from DB end (PRTASK), the missing tasks in UI are actually showing up in the DB. 

When navigating to assignment page, the tasks are present, but after clicking on it, the task names and ID shows blank and they cannot be edited and saved.

XOG out the impacted project and xog it back without making any changes and then the missing tasks in the UI starts showing up correctly.
