Creation of project via XOG does not set attribute default value for charge code.

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: When creating project by XOG charge code default value is not getting set.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Navigate to Studio->Objects and go to project object to set default value for Charge Code.
2. Attempt to create project via XOG.
3. Notice Charge Code attribute does not have any value.

Expected Results: Since default set in Studio for charge code it should populate the value just like it does when creating a project via UI.

Actual Results: It does not set default value for Charge Code when project created by XOG.

DE63819, Fixed in 16.0.2.

Workaround: Add chargeCodeExtID="direct" to project tag.
