There is an issue with the Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app that needs troubleshooting.
Open the SES app. Go to Settings. Under Logging Level, ensure it's up to Most (slid all the way to the right).
Go back to System and check the Anti-malware status again.
Return to Settings and under Logging Level hit the download icon to Save Zipped files to file system (by default this will save to the users Documents folder, but you can save elsewhere if desired).
