Upgrade RLX from Release 9.1.7 to Release 20.0 error message, plan name RLX917 invalid

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading RLX from release 9.1.7 to release 20.0. 
  
After the RLX 20.0 libraries have been allocated and running the RLX Installation Verification Dialog.
The option '4  RLX/TSO      RLXVTSO  - Verify RLX/TSO installation' got the following error message. 
  
-> EXEC = RLXVTSO
-> Connecting to DB2 SSID ssid using plan RLX917 and SQL requestor RLXSQL

Plan RLX917 was the plan for RLX release 9.1.7 and it does not work for release 20.0.
The RLX release 20.0 plan name was RLX200CS.   

Resolution

RLX Release 9.1.7 is an old release and it is currently out of support. Problem was with the RLXPROF member in UserID.ISPF.PROFILE library.
In the RLX upgrade from from release 9.1.7 to release 20.0 this member can be corrupted and it has to be deleted before you run the RLX Installation Verification Dialog. 
  
You have to work with option 'Permit Profile Updates?  . Y' so after the RLX Installation Verification Dialog for Release 20.0 has been run correctly
the RLXPROF member is created again with the right values for RLX release 20.0.
