AA Upgrade Installer Sequence

Issue/Introduction

I have an environment of AA 9.1 applied with Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1-DE523531-log4j2-17Upgrade.  We are on Windows platform.

Currently, we are planning to upgrade to AA 9.1 SP2. 

Would like to confirm the sequence of the installers 

 

 

Environment

Release : 9.1SP2

Resolution

 

1. Run Advanced Authentication 9.1.02 installers i.e..

• Symantec-AdvancedAuthentication-Patch-9.1.02-Windows
• Symantec-Adapter-Patch-9.1.02-Windows

 

2. Apply the Log4j Vulnerability Patch

• Symantec-AdvAuth-91sp2-DE523530-log4j-2.17Upgrade
