Issues with updating SSL certificates for the Enforce server console

Issue/Introduction

You have imported a certificate chain to the .keystore in the tomcat folder on the Enforce as per Create, sign, and import an SSL certificate signed by a Trusted Certificate Authority for the Enforce Console Certificate

You are able to import the certificate without error but after restarting the DLP services the console is not accessible

Resolution

Converting the .keystore from Java Keystore (jks format) to pkcs12 format after importing the certificate chain, resolved the issue in this instance.
