User running WSS Agent 7.5.1 on MAC OS Monterey (Version 12.0)
When WSS Agent connects to the service, the following error is reported on the WSS Agent console: "WSS agent is not fully loaded"
Users cannot access web sites as the WSS Agent fails to connect to Cloud SWG pop.
The MacOS system logs reports:
nesessionmanager: [com.apple.networkextension:] com.symantec.wssa.ui: Tearing down XPC connection due to setup error: Error Domain=NEAgentErrorDomain Code=2 "(null)"
where  will change with different hosts.
WSS Agent 7.5.1
macOS Monterey is fully supported on WSS Agent 8.1.x and above .
Upgrade the WSS Agent 8.1.x or above to resolve the issue.
