Error in logs and unable to connect to application:

Error unmarshalling config file: properties.xml 

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Clarity Architecture

Resolution

• Properties.xml file is corrupt
• If any weird characters/values in the file, please remove them
• Replace the properties.xml with backup, and restart the services
