Unable to save changes to the Service Desk Configuration parameters in OneClick

Issue/Introduction

After making changes to the username/password in the OneClick Administration -> Service Desk Configuration page, the user clicks on the Save button. It states the save was successful. However, if they refresh the page, the old values are displayed.

When we examine the $SPECROOT/custom/svdsk/config/service-desk-config.xml file, we see the date/time stamp has changed but the file contains the original values for username.

Resolution

After making changes to the configuration, you must click on the "Add/Modify Server" button for the changes to be written. Then click on the Save button.
