Data aggregator fails to connect to data repository after upgrade to 21.2.6

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the DA would not start

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management any version

Cause

In /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf there was a rogue pid file and lock file for the DA

Resolution

• Remove old pid file and lock file
• restart the dadaemon (service dadaemon start / systemctl start dadaemon for rhel 7)
