Logon to SYSVIEW from ISPF option results in error message GSVX557E Module GSVXNUC0 not loaded from an APF authorized library

Issue/Introduction

We are running SYSVIEW performance management V16.0 in our systems.

In the month of October we had upgraded it from v14.1 to v16.0 and in November we applied all the latest maintenance available at that time.

Since then, were were running V16 in our test lpar and it was running smooth and we had no issues so far.

We had multiple IPLs of Test and recycled SYSVIEW multiple times over the time and it was working fine.

Today we had an IPL of test lpar ahead of prod z/os upgrade which is scheduled for next week.

After the IPL, The ISPF option to logon to SYSVIEW is not working

It is throwing the below message :

" GSVX557E Module GSVXNUC0 not loaded from an APF authorized library "

 

Environment

Release : 16.0  17.0

Component : SYSVIEW

Cause

If one library in a STEPLIB concatenation is APF authorized then all of the libraries in that concatenation must be also APF authorized. 

Resolution

In the SYSVIEW STC JCL you have additional STEPLIB DDs on the proc.

You need to APF the additional DSNs.

 

If these appear to be correct, also ensure that all of the datasets are properly catalogued.

We are using below option from ISPF panel library.
