Portal Time is off by an hour compared to server, database, and workstation time

Issue/Introduction

The time showing in the Portal is off by an hour. I have checked the server time, database time, and workstation time and they all reflect the correct time. Not sure where the Portal is getting it's time!

Release : 10.6

Component : DevTest Portal

Cause

Daylight saving issue in US and APAC timezones for Portal Service

Resolution

This issue fixed in Devtest 10.7GA release
