DLP Preventing to add additional Detection servers due to duplicating the tab

Issue/Introduction

Using "Duplicate" browser feature during edits causes issues between tabs due to the shared session ID.

Environment

 

 

Cause

The web browser feature "Duplicate" not only copies the URL (which is what the customer was using it for) but it also actually copies session data from original tab to newly generated tab. Thus as far as the web application is concerned both tabs are coming from the same session.

Resolution

When needing a new session of the Enforce console don't use the duplicate option, just copy the URL to open the second tab.

With DLP 16.1 it now supports reviewing incident snapshots with multiple tabs.
