Planned Cost on Project - Financial Summary page are not displayed although Cost plan exists

Issue/Introduction

The Planned Cost field on the Project - Properties - Financial Summary page does not pouplate data even though a detailed Cost Plan exist on the Project.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Environment

Release : 15.9.2

Component : CLARITY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Create a new cost plan in the Project and populate it with data.
Make this new cost plan the 'Plan of Record'

This would populate the Cost plan field on the Project - Properties - Financial Summary page.
Now switch the original cost plan back as the 'Plan of Record' and correct data would still display on the Project - Properties - Financial Summary page.
