Task Timeline date update on the Gantt

Issue/Introduction

When using the PPM Gantt layout - when you change a date (both typing or using the calendar pop out) and then attempt to hit enter it does not save the date you selected. Then you need to change the date a second time in order to get it to save (by save I mean show the red cross out lines and new date)

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Modern UX 
2. Open project 
3. Click on Tasks Tab 
4. Click on Actions->PPM Gantt 
5. Attempt to change Start Date or Finish Date and click on Enter, changes not saved 
6. Try to update the dates the second time and this time changes are taken 

Expected Results: It should allow to update start or finish date on the first attempt. 

Actual Results: It does not save changes on the first attempt.

Workaround: Attempt to save changes to Start or Finish the second time.

This is fixed in 16.0.3
