Configure thresholds for  severities ( minor, major and critical ) as a single alerts for high CPU usage.

IM allows only high and Low and using custom configuration creates multiple alarms for the same alarm.

AC does not allow manual configuration of baseline, but does allows single alert of multiple alarm severities.
