Issue/Introduction

An error has occurred while downloading maintenance. Verify that the product CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation for JES2 - MVS at release 13.5 is available at the CA Support Online website.
If the product is available, exit the wizard, and navigate to the Products tab. Click Update Complete Product List to refresh relations between the site IDs and the products. Then, restart the wizard.
If this does not resolve the issue, the error may have occurred for one of the following reasons:The product is not in a state of General availability (GA).
CA Technologies no longer supports or provide maintenance for this product version.
The product is not provided by CA Technologies.
Click Back to navigate to the Introduction step, select the Offline option, and continue with the wizard in offline mode.

Why its looking for OPS/MVS 13.5? We did all as requested in error. But still the error persist. Please help.

Resolution

The maintenance was being applied to CA Common Services for z/OS - MVS which share FMID's with CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation for JES2 - MVS which is the reason CSM was looking for CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation for JES2 - MVS.

Clean up and hide CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation for JES2 - MVS which is no longer valid leaving only CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 - MVS.  This allows CSM to find CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 - MVS or CA Common Services for z/OS - MVS in the Software Catalog to satisfy the request for maintenance download.
