incorrect hyperlinks being sent to Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

The hyperlinks created and sent to Spectrum show a server IP address rather than the DNS address. In any case

here is the link generated. if I change the address to https://apmw the link works.  where can this be changed?

Resolution

Though it says IP, you can put a hostname for Spectrum itself.

We tested the link and it works (it shows the hostname at least).
