Issue/Introduction

Connection to AE system could not be established <Servername:2217>-TimeoutException.

Service Manager shows all are running. 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Check AWI and Tomcat Logs. See if you have error message as below.  Please ask your admin to kill all the tomcat process (even restart the machine, and start the tomcat again)
