Back page not printing

Issue/Introduction

The back page of forms is not printing.  the sample i will upload is for AFP transformation the report shows that it sends 20 pages, when it prints it prints the 10 forms but the back is blank. I will attach the input file, report, and trace. I need to know if it is sending a blank back or the actual back.  

These were printed last week with no problems, not changes have been made to the resources or JCL

Cause

The Printer had been serviced the previous weekend after which the Printer was not printing Duplex 

Resolution

This was a Printer hardware issue 

The Printer had just been serviced and as part of that service "something had been left unlocked" on the Printer to prevent Duplex printing.

The Printer function was locked which allowed for Duplex Printing.
