How does Top Secret process when CICS has SEC=NO on SIT ?

Component : Top Secret for z/OS
Resolution
No security checking of DFLTUSER occurs in Top Secret because with SEC=NO, CICS does not issue security call by DFLTUSER.
Just only STC CICS will issue security call.
