Unable to edit assigned tasks in MUX even though 'Project - Edit Assigned Tasks - All' is granted

Issue/Introduction

The Global right 'Project - Edit Assigned Tasks - All' is only honored in Classic UI not in Modern User Experience (MUX / UX)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Pre-condition:

1. Create a Project
2. Create Tasks
3. Assign a resource to the task 

Example: 

• Assign task1 and task 2 to user1
• Assign task3 and task4 to user2

1. Give user1 the following access rights
   • Project and task navigate rights
   • Project View rights
   • Project - Edit Assigned Tasks - All right
2. Log in to Classic UI as user1
3. Navigate to the project tasks
4. Edit task fields in the Task list and also in Gantt
   Notes:
   • You are able to edit fields with this right. You can only edit task1 and task2 as you are assigned to them
   • You cannot edit task3 and task4 as you are not assigned to them.
5. Log in to MUX as user1
6. Navigate to Project Tasks - grid or timeline
7. Edit the task1 and task2 fields 

Expected results: You should be able to edit the task fields on the tasks you are assigned to in MUX with the rights granted

Actual results: The right is not honored and you are unable to edit Task fields on tasks you are assigned to.
