Issue/Introduction

Starting CEMALERT which is the Compliance Event Manager Alert started task for the first time and received the following abend and dump:

 

CCSR010E ECALCMGR U4093 at 00033416 LMOD CEEBINIT

Resolution

The Compliance Event Manager Policy Database File MAPDB is corrupt. 

MAPDB is created during the Compliance Event Manager configuration install process. 

Recreate or restore a good MAPDB Policy Database File.
