Issue/Introduction

Please provide assistance on the steps needed when installing OLF files for Easytrieve for Windows 11.1

Environment

Easytrieve Report Generator for Windows release 11.1

Resolution

1.Locate your ALP license key. If there is not one, please contact Licensing. 

2.Open the ALP license key in a text editor and verify that it includes product code: 2EZT.

3.Verify that the ca.olf file is in the ca_lic folder.
                        Directory path examples are as follows for Windows: 
                        C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\CA_LIC 

If the CA.OLF file exists, continue with Step 4.  
If the CA.OLF file does not exist, create the file as follows: 
      Copy the entire ALP license key and paste it into a new text file.

4. Save the text file as CA.OLF.
    The file must have security permissions that, at a minimum, allow all users to read the file.

The license key installation is complete.
