Failed finding prerequisites

Issue/Introduction

I'm installing 17.3.011 on my SDM test environment but on the second step and it says that fails finding a prerequisite HYD-368.

 

Environment

Release :   Service Desk Management

Component :  Service Desk

Resolution

HYD-368 is Service Desk 17.3 GA and 17.3 RU11 is based on 17.3GA+ therefore the failure.

After checked the .HIS file, we found it is empty...turned out somehow it is mixed up the server that there is a different server's .HIS on this machine and once used the right .HIS file, it worked.
