What is the Aggregate Broadcast / Multicast interface in CA Network Flow Analysis?

NFA Any version

Resolution

The Aggregate Broadcast/Multicast Interfaces in NFA report the following traffic:

• All traffic flows destined for the devices management interface (IfIndex 0).
• All multicast/broadcast traffic received on the individual interface(s) of the device.

If you do not want reports to show broadcast traffic for each router, change the Pump Broadcast/Multicast application setting to False in NFA Administration Application Settings page.
