How to define an Event to run Quarterly

Issue/Introduction

Since there is not an event day in FAQS PCS for quarterly, how to set up an event for quarterly processing without creating 4 separate events?

 

 

Environment

Release: 5.1 
Component: FAQS-Automated Systems Operation

Resolution

Set up a CYCLE with the 4 dates needed.
The dates can be the first or last day of the quarter.

From the PCS main menu select: O Configuration Options
Followed by: F Define Holidays and Cycles
From this menu, select: C Cycle Definition List by IDs
Select PF4 ADD
Choose a new3 digit numeric ID and press enter.

This example uses Jan 3, April 1, July 1 and October 1 as static cycle end dates
  ** in the year means run every year.

Define an event that will only run on these dates

Then define 1 event that uses this cycle
