Roadmap Item In Plan attribute defaults to "Not in Plan"

Issue/Introduction

The Roadmap Item In Plan attribute always defaults to "Not in Plan" even if the attribute default has been set to 'In Plan'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Studio > Objects > Roadmap Item object
2. Edit the In Plan attribute
3. Change the Default value to 'In Plan'
4. Go to the MUX > Roadmaps
5. Create a Roadmap and Import an investment

Expected Results: The investment to be imported with the default In Plan value
Actual Results: The investment is imported with the 'Not in Plan' value ignoring the attribute default

Cause

This is caused by DE63724

Resolution

This is now fixed in 16.0.2
