Missing Timesheets after a given date

After a given date, there are no timesheets available in the Timesheets page.


There are no open Time Reporting Periods for that date and the future.


Create new Time Reporting Periods:

  • Click Administration, Project Management, Time Reporting Periods.
  • Click New.
  • Select the scale and specify the duration.
  • Click Save and Return.
  • Create additional time reporting periods.

If some periods already exist, ensure that for the new periods created:

  • Scale, and Start and Finish days of the week and are the same as the existing ones (e.g.: if existing ones are Weekly from Monday to Sunday, new ones must also be Weekly from Monday to Sunday).
  • There are no gaps between existing and new periods (the new time periods must start the next day of the last existing period).
  • The time periods are "Open" (newly created periods are Open by default). If the Time Reporting Periods exist and they are not open, select the periods and use the "Open" button.
