Issue/Introduction

During maintenance for Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS (introducing Level Set Activation),
a new CF list structure was defined.  Documentation within the Post Install steps do not include how to connect
an Xmanager (Group) to a CF list structure other than the default CADBT_LVLSET_001.

The best practice recommendation is to use the default value of CADBT_LVLSET_001 for the CF structure name.
