Spectrum connector won't come online

Issue/Introduction

Customer install and setup a new Spectrum Server and the Spectrum connector won't come online

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The Spectrum connector is failing to come online due to this error

We added the connector server to the host security and now it's online
