Unable to register AdminUI with Policy server with SQL Policy Store

Issue/Introduction

 

When trying to register the Adminui, getting the below error in the Policy Server logs:

Resolution

 

Commit fail indicates an issue on the database side.

An out-of-order sequence on the XPS tables causes this issue.

Check with the DBA and make sure the sequence is initialized properly to solve the issue.
