RMJOBS, RMF job information not displayed

Issue/Introduction

Not seeing RMF job information in SYSVIEW using RMJOBS command. 

Environment

SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

 

Resolution

According to the HELP, THRESH Command: 

RMJOBS Command: 
 
The RMJOBS command provides information about jobs running on a system.
 
Both RMF and the RMF Monitor III data gatherer RMFGAT are required to be active to obtain this data.

The capture file of the THRESH command shows:

RMF$015I  Insufficient storage to gather data
RMF could not obtain enough storage to gather all of the data. Increase the region size and try again.

 

This means that RMF could not obtain enough storage to gather all of the data. Increase the region size and try again.

The userid should increase the region size of his logon procedure to be able to run this RMJOBS command.
