Issue/Introduction
Sync between harvest and ldap account not happening, and not able to identify which password it is having issue with.
I00060040: New connection with Broker <brokername> established.
I00020544: Your password has expired.
E0202011d: Authentication operation failed: Timed out .
E03060048: External Authentication synchronization failed.
This error can appear in the output log file of the hauthsync command line utility. Output logfile name by default is "hauthsync.log" and is found in the current working directory of the command prompt window from which the command is run.

Harvest Software Change Manager all versions and platforms
Resolution
Userid being used for the "-ldapbasedn" setting was constantly getting locked. This was causing Harvest to be unable to connect to the LDAP server. After setting up a new system account in LDAP and configuring "ldapbinddn" and "-ldapbindpw" accordingly, the error went away.
