GET_FILESYSTEM with the parameter PATH_FOLDER_COUNT wrong result

Issue/Introduction

In Agent Windows, the function GET_FILESYSTEM, with the parameter PATH_FOLDER_COUNT returns a wrong result in case the target Folder does NOT exist.
It returns the amount of folders of the parent folder instead of an error and a counter 0 as on Unix.
