Message: A signal or windows exception occurred

run this :

ghost64 -clone,mode=restore,src="c:\img\fw98-w10-ec.gho",dest="C:\fw98-W10-EC.vmdk" -batch -sure

add parameter: -vmdktype=flat 

Additional Information

additional parameters and information to make vmdk files from ghost files.

-vmdktype: Used for specifying the VMDK file type , which can be Sparse or Flat

-vmdksize: Used in specifying the size of vmdk file

-vmdksplit: Used for splitting the VMDK image  

--vmdkAdapter: Specifying the type of disk adapter for created vmdk
