After upgrade getting error in HServer log ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable

Issue/Introduction

Ok, got thru the upgrade, now when it restarts I’m getting this in the HServer log:

HServer | 20211210 13:06:07 | ERROR: E0302004d: Cannot connect to the datasource harvest  as user harvest_o .
HServer | 20211210 13:06:07 | ERROR: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable

Release : 13.0

Component : CA HARVEST SCM CORE FUNCTIONALITY/PROCESS AUTOMATION

Resolution

Recommend to run hdbsetup from a command prompt window and take the “CO” option to refresh your ODBC Data Source definition settings.  When it asks to test the connection, say yes.  You can use your Harvest schema owner login credentials (don’t have to use the system account for this).
