Disk space on DA is filling up

Issue/Introduction

The disk space is filling up on the Data Aggregator, even after removing the /opt/IMDataAggregator/apache-karaf-2.4.3/data.bak folders

 

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 21.2

Cause

There are error files in /opt/IMDataAggregator/data/performance-spool/dto_error folder, filling up disk 

Resolution

Save the README file in that folder, but delete all the files in /opt/IMDataAggregator/data/performance-spool/dto_error folder

Then restart the DA

Monitor this folder to see if any new files show up, indicating an issue committing these to the Vertica database, that needs to be addressed.

But if the files are not appearing any longer, the system should run fine and not fill up disk space
